This site exists because Premier Rugby is committed to making a difference in the communities where its clubs operate. All the clubs in the Guinness Premiership are required to operate a community development programme led by qualified, experienced employees, and all Premiership players participate in community schemes as part of their contracts. You can read more about our community philosophy and the community work we do on other pages on this site.
